Q: How are your products made?
A: We work with trusted print providers through Printify. Once you order, your item is custom printed and shipped directly to you. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs and products without mass production waste.


ORDERING

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We begin processing your order almost immediately after it’s placed. For that reason, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. If you have a concern, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes a size chart to help you find the right fit. If you’re unsure, we recommend measuring a similar item you own and comparing it to our chart.


SHIPPING

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Our print providers are located across the U.S. and globally. Your order will ship from the location closest to your shipping address whenever possible.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time varies based on your location:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note: Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to external delays.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Since our products are made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, colors, or change of mind. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Q: My tracking shows delivered, but I didn’t receive my order. What do I do?
A: Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
