Policy Overview
At Essentia Collective, we operate on a made-to-order model to ensure zero waste and maximum quality. Because each item is custom-printed for your specific order, we do not maintain inventory for exchanges or general returns.
Return Window
● Defective/Damaged Items: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any quality issues.
● General Returns: Not accepted (Change of mind, accidental orders, or sizing preferences).
Eligibility & Conditions
Returns and refunds are strictly limited to the following:
● Manufacturing Defects: Visible print errors or garment damage.
● Requirement: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the product on a flat, well-lit surface with the error and tag clearly displayed.
● Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Return Process
To initiate a resolution for a quality issue:

Submit your Order Number and the Required Photos.
Our partner, Fourthwall, will review the claim. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued immediately.
Fees and Costs
● Restocking Fees: $0.00. We do not charge restocking fees for defective items.
● Return Shipping: If a physical return is required for a quality-controlled inspection, a prepaid shipping label will be provided at no cost to you.
Refund Timelines
Once a refund is authorized:
● PayPal: Reflected in your balance within 24 business hours.
● Credit/Debit Card: Reflected in your bank account within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations
● Pre-Production: You may edit or cancel your order via the link in your confirmation email before it enters the production phase.
● Post-Production: Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
● Non-Refundables: Donations, tips, and locked messages are final sale and non-refundable.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by their local government. These are not pre-calculated or collected by Essentia Collective.efunds and returns.
